If your team is from another location, you end up sitting alone in the office. After the merger they are cost cutting everywhere, even though they are earning much. All the higher management are only promoting themselves and leaving the desired one behind.

Company is handling some of the better projects compare to other companies

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low. Even after working for 2 years in this company we got only 1.7k per month increment. Very much unfair to fresh employees with project allocation and everything. Really not liking the work culture here
