If you join as a fresher in Techm , I suggest you don't join as a fresher because salary is very low compare to other companies and salary hike is very bad and Techm hire freshers for support work so you can't get much knowledge in technical skill and last you have two year bond

Dislikes

Internal politics No bonus or no considerable annual hike[3-6%], sometimes hike were not given for 2-3 continuous years. Not a employee oriented company Freshers will be put to support even without the candidate's consent. Getting release from project is very difficult, though there is no growth. HRs are not cooperative,behaves like they own the company. RMG people are the worst form of humans, they treat freshers as pawns and play however they want. Onsite opportunity will be a dream if you are not good at politics. If you are a fresher and you have other choice to make, just go with that.
