Regular Hike , good salary ,regular promotions learning opportunities culture are superb Documents verification is strict ,you cant cheat them Get chance to work for giant client like At&t Learning opportunities means they provide course certification etc Cab facility for everyone highly secure Girls get bodyguard if late night Girls get more benefits then men Company little partial towards women Healthy culture for LGBT or disability people

...ract for 6month Which is not safe ,she had to leave ,it was about covid time Salary and hike are regular but quite average So sound like trap that they manipulate our mind but actually our growth is slow comparative other company still im happy with those hikes Work life balance -mostly assign with Us client has night shift which is make life difficult As a fresher i join I got training in something else and get assigned with something else which is product support mostly , which impact career If 2 person are equal In all quality but one is girl and one is boy then girl will get promoted As they want to maintain their men women ratio So quite partiality against mens

Pros: 1. Great work environment. 2. You are appreciated for your work. 3. 30 days leave + 7 days sick leave, which can also be carried over to next year 4. Under Covid, you will have some addon leaves as well. 5. Opportunity to learn other technologies and move within the project to get some work experience in that as well.

Dislikes

...ffered is very less(better than other SBCs), especially if you are a fresher. 2. Lateral Hires are offered more pay and many a times a better position/career level 3. From team lead position onwards your work life balance goes for a toss. Too many calls.

Worked in 2011, The company has professionalism and innovative in its approach. The pay and perks are based on its standards. I get to work with peoples from all over the country.

Dislikes

There is no job security and finding food is very hectic after office hours.
