A decent salary and they provide very good level of training to the freshers. But the task is getting into the right project, this is where everyone failed as a fresher.

Not a right place for immediate growth and learning.

Good compensation as compared to competition, work life balance is decent. Extra pay for on-call, weekend work. Culture is also very good, people are very helpful.

Dislikes

Mostly support projects so not good growth opportunities, if you have big aspirations for the development side. They'll make sure you keep working on these projects.

...centure is good as long as you are not fresher / or have no hope in your future. Compensation is very slow and less. Takes 2 years to see any increase. my suggestion is to join in later stages in your life when you want to settle down.

... fresher I learnt many in a practical way. The way of work culture is very good. And they encourage the employees by providing benefits, bonus. And they provide special events to cherish the employees.

Accenture provides a lot of benefits to their employees. You will never face an issue related to your pay roll. You will get to go to monthly lunches at fancy place. Yearly events and so much more. You will get to do free trainings and certifications you will get gadgets and bags from company. It has a global client base which depends on project to project where will you get to go like my project is Germany based.

Here also I will say that Accenture is a good company but your experience in Accenture is good or bad that totally depends upon which project and which team you are getting into. My experience with my team is really bad their behaviour is not at all professional it's very rude. They use people like a toy, they expect you do everything this whatever comes from that mouth and when you are not able to do that they will treat you very badly. As an individual for me my self respect is very important, I cannot tolerate rude behaviour. In such a big company I expect people to be more professional and polite. And in my team there were no opportunities to grow. You have to keep doing the same thing same work as you were doing 5 years ago, no learning opportunities. There was no value for an individuals skills no exploring of new technologies no creativity no innovation nothing.
