Increments in salary doesn't make much difference. Regarding promotions, it's like once in a blue moon. Job security is a bit ok, but it also depends on our luck. Coming to skill development and learning, Tech Mahindra is providing one of the best opportunity to learn skills. Work satisfaction and company culture are ok.

Likes

Managers at TechM are very friendly. Salary will be on time. Appraisal will be delayed but don't worry you'll get arrears. Work environment is very good, especially their infra is so good.

It pays good to outsiders but as a fresher after working 2 years I didnot get hike.and also politics is at it's peak.I have seen people not working and roaming for whole working hours but got promoted within 7months of joining the organization only by licking higher management's feet.

... months for no reason at all. - You might think you can WFH if you are on bench. You can, but they deduct some of your salary. - You will see your juniors join and experience the same things as you. Even though they have no projects they keep recruiting.

They have asked to work in client location in that there are basic facilities like having our own desktop, each desktop having 3 people to work and that AC will get in to repair every week they will not provide any thing in night shift like coffee & Tea, even start up company will have more facilities
