Overall it is good for learning. Its just learning platform.

Appraisal are not good. Salary is not worth for the work we do. There are not even perks provided for festivals as a gratitude to employees. it is having more people struggling to get paid properly.

...ees are not appreciated much for working. They are not committed to there words. Doesn’t give variable pay. So far not a good company. They only want engineers to work without giving them their benefit for working hard.

...ecognition, no support from management. The human resource is not at all active. Everytime mistakes in salary. Even After leaving the company they won't give proper exit with exp letter etc. Employee have to raise request to provide exp letter.

Nothing good about this company , people who join newly will get excited but as soon as completed mor than 1.5 year employees get only disappointment because after working for 3 year you get nothing Ps : make it in last option if nothing get then joined Mphasis

Most of things are worst - no hike people will work for more than 2- 3 year , they did not provide any hike or promotion to any member of the team - politics will be higher management - no single benefit for employees , like they provide medical claim ,but when you claim it people can't meet the criteria -if you doing WFH , then there is no time limit to close your day it will 12-13 hour jobs - if you going to office manager will say please reach home early and login form there I have bad luck that I joined this company as fresher 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Even Though people want to join you will get only hope for hike 😁😁😁
