It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY</mark>. Job security is there, on the same hand there are no hikes and variable pays on the name of cost cutting is really terrible. If will get good clients or projects then may be these stats will change.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good, sometimes too much pressure will be there on employees, no management at all. Too much politics, client relations are also not good.

If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

Mphasis do not give good hike and there's no tool they use for wfm so no new learning. They give freshers more package then experienced candidates. No appraisal in a year.
