The Salary is too less for a fresher. Also growth rate is slow. The projects are mostly in-house , so maybe it slows your career growth.

The pay scale is less compared to the market and the efforts being spent on the work. The salary increment also happens very slowly.

Working with Bosch was great, you are provided a freedom to do the work as you want, good work life balance. Team is always encouraging, lot to learn, new tools, new technologies. Few politics is there in the team but it is negligible.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is very less. I wanted to continue to work in Bosch the only reason i left was salary. Money wise bosch is very harsh.

...nt in a single topic and then they blame you for not working as per expectation. There is close to no salary hike after year end and getting a bonus is like a dream. Overall, if you are lucky enough, you won't go through all this but there is always a risk of this happening.
