1)Skill Development / Learning is a huge advantage in this company where you have different platform to explore if you have the intent to learn more. 2)Work satisfaction is also great depending upon one's individual project routines and zeal to utilize the learning platform in efficient manner 3) Job Security is better as compared to other companies if project deliverables are met on time and if management is on positive note with the employee

1)Salary benefits/Appraisals are not on par with market rates for employees who are loyal to the company, instead hiring laterals at hyped up rates/hiring freshers to keep the headcount to balance attrition rate. Internal support to projects from HR level / project managers are not good so as to retain employees for bigger win with clients instead relying on recruitment team to bring in new faces with higher salaries who in turn have to start from scratch to create rapport with clients 2)Company culture is not good since the merger as trust between BU's are broken and it is always about new target that needs to be achieved. Trying to compete with competitors is great but there is no unique value that pulls the employee to work better the next day

The team and the opportunities we are provided to learn is the best part of the company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is neither according to the experience level nor the market level for the experience / application we work on. Also, criteria considered for pay hike are many. Secondly, its mandatory for a person to come and work in office over weekend when it necessitates to avail a comp off, which otherwise are considered as not eligible for applying for comp off. This is very much wrong as not all employees can come to office to support on weekend and if any urgent cases we support from home. This should also be considered and allowed to work from home and avail comp off.

Dislikes

...5% hike for consecutive o/s performance. People who dont work keep sitting idle. If you spend first 4years u can be resting for rest of years n ull get ur salary, ull get a promotion for every 3 yrs.No recognition for good work. Forget about promotion in less than 3 yrs how hard u try if you are not a vegetarian. So i would suggest nof to work if you see u are not getting anything. Veggies get every alternative year..worst indian mnc I have worked.
