Nothing at all in this government project at client location. Otherwise may be LTI is good.

... Manager can call you any time. Partiality is there in terms of annual rating. Almost no salary hike. It was work from office during covid time also. They don't want hardworking people they only want people who roam around them. Manager can befool you to take 2-3 other modules also as consultant for the same is going and the new one is in pipeline meanwhile they will ask you to take handover and pass the same to incoming consultant. But, this was just to befool you in actual no one is going to join as new consultant. Ultimately they will force you to work in place of 3 consultant without a peny of hike in salary.

1)Work Life balance is not good as there is not fixed working hour 2)Very less hike compared to other companies even after good ratings.

Good work environment and supportive colleagues just like family. Seniors were always ready for helping hand.

Dislikes

Do not expect hike here for freshers. They will pay high for lateral joiners when it comes to fresher they won't value your work neither provide you hike.

Worst Service based company. They treat employee as slave. And take advantage of bench employee to ask to relocate in other city without any salary hike.

please do not join this org. Toxic work culture. No job security. No compensation to work on national holidays or sundays.

You will get salary monthly, no jib security toxic work place, managers threatens us, there is no concept of 90 days notice period for any reason if manager decides the next day they will terminate you with out Amny prior intimation.

I worked for one year and Biased management, threatens us everyday no job security l, once you resign for any reason you will be asked to leave the Company on the same day, no job security, HR's communication is rough and unprofessional. Biased culture and workplace politics and toxic environment.
