There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.

Everything is good here apart from salary and hikes. The management under Media and Entertainment is very friendly and supportive. There is no work pressure and it depends on projects.

Salary and hikes. A little improvement in salary and hikes should be made so that it will be boost employees to give more to the company

You will get ample opportunity to learn. Anyone can make best utilization of the study portal. Also, there are wonderful leaders whom you can learn from. Multiple onsite opportunity.

Nothing much except, can have better Salary benefits for the long timers in organization as laterals gets more Salary.

It very important to select the company like LTIMindtree that helped in bringing Work Ethics, Values and Collaborative spirit. I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. I like about the supportive environment and benefits on work life.

I strongly dislike about inadequate compensation.

...vating. Flexible timings, good work life balance. NO gender discrimination ever. On-time Salary :)

Sick Leave policy needs to be revised to make it more employee friendly. Delayed Promotions. Change in appraisal cycle without arrears.
