Poor Communication from Higher Management: Higher management offers minimal support, and employees must independently resolve issues or seek guidance, making processes inefficient and frustrating. 3. Unsatisfactory Compensation and Career Growth: Pay increments are below industry standards, and promotions are rare. Hard work is seldom recognized or rewarded, discouraging employees from going the extra mile. 4. Limited Project Diversity: The majority of assignments involve support roles or body shopping, with very few full-fledged development opportunities.
