Every time they says learn new skills as organization has opportunities and I learnt new technology-Big data, for which they requirements also and when I asked to work on that they simply said it is for outside people so the person already working with L&T Infotech should not expect growth. 4. If you are tagged to some project and you want to work on new technology having knowledge on that they won't give you release for their billing purpose.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

No actual Project work based on employee's skillet 5. One sided policies 6. Buggy internal portal 7. No appraisal,hike, promotion, No rewards and recognition of your talent 8. Employees are like Orphans here, nobody cares about them 9. No Employee engagement or team level activities, No Family day or Annual day celebrations 10. Poor work life balance
