...agers and higher follow nepotism. All are Hippocrates... management is terrible. No benefits and compensation to employees.slow career growth.

...are looking for jobs outside, the managers will help you in getting referrals. The average salary hike is 20% . The infra and company services are good. While leaving the company, be it termination or resignation, the HR make sure it is a win-win situation for both the parties. If you are joining as experienced person, means if you are joing after a switch, the company will give you 50-120% hike.

Dislikes

As it an Indian MNC, with huge number of employees, the learning from your work is limited. If you have joined as a college fresher, you won't get package that is best of industry. I joined a fresher with 3.25 package, and left after 5yrs with 7.33 package, which is surely not good. The hike in terms of designation depends on how much you are involved in work, that is if you are working 11hrs a day every day, then only your designation or band will improve.

Tech Mahindra is good company for freshers. Very low salary hike. Work life balance is good. If your project manager is good then you can enjoy your work at TechM else, it's very hectic.

...ed for upscaling yourself. A lot of cultural and sports activities that happens. Salary hikes are subject to your project's growth.

I would have preferred more relaxation in night shift timings and facilities like work from home.
