It's having hybrid mood, and no strict work from office yet. And everything is good, not best though. When it comes to package it's average.

Other benefits like food facilities and all not good, we have to pay and eat. And coffee and snacks are not available.

Project management is good and it depends on the project!! Opportunities to other domains are good. They provide exposure to new technologies learning.

Salary structure can be improved, this completely based out of my experience!

As a fresher, the initial learning program at Kalinga plays a very crucial role in our career. This gives an amazing start to our career. Good work environment. Company policies are good. And with the time, after 2+ years you will know when to move on with better opportunities as you see new employees of the same experience and technology with better ctcs in your own company

Nothing. Salary is decent. Can be better.

Not much to work , you can come and go at any time.

Teammates are great, training is long and boring, career growth is minimal, salary is not at all at par, we hardly get appraisals, no travel opportunities, lot of politics among leads, bad work environment, good work life balance.
