90 days notice period mentioned in offer letter but when you are on bench then after 45 days loss of pay will start or leave the organisatin , even for relocation they give very small amout

...king time flexibility, WFO is required for 3 days but it depends on the manager. Salary on time, if your timesheet is updated. Cafeteria foods are good quality with affordable pricing. Play Arena is available for free time. Gym and Zumba are also available at very low prices. No Smocking zones.

90-day Notice period. Appraisal has not happened in the last 2 years. If you are on the bench for more than 45 days then there is no salary. Office timing keeps on changing as per the client. They are providing a notepad and pencil, but the notepad is very small and there should be pen.

If you want to work Wipro, this company is looks like TCS. Don't expect any good increment and appraisal, you have to take good amount of salary on joining time only, then no good increment. But if you ask about job security, that's excellent, no doubt. If you want job security, don't think twice, and join Wipro. In market, we can get layoff news from max IT company, but no layoff news from Wipro

Resource Managament, Work Life Balance, Hike, Salary, Underpaid Employees. They exhaust their employees till they don't die or leave their organization. They don't recognize the best talents in their organization. No rewards, No recognitions, no hikes, no promotions. terrible. Wipro only focus on hiring BCA, BSc and Diploma students by just paying them the stipend Rs. 10000 per month and they have a 5 years of bond. If they want to leave the organization before 5 years, they will have to pay to their organization. Once their bond gets completed, the management people throw them on Bench and don't give projects. Employees are following up with WMG for Projects but they are not responding, sometimes they will tell they don't have openings. And after 45 days on Bench, they will put their employees on Loss of Pay. And they hire new students bcoz they don't want to afford an employees by paying them extra. They can bring 5 students in project in place of 1 employee. My genuine suggestion is for those who wants to start their career after their Graduation, Join Product Based Company rather than joining Service Based Company. They have a great work culture. Everything depends on the client you're working for. 1. Work life balance 2. Job security 3. Learning and development 4. My manager supported wfh as i had some personal issues.

1. Appraisal and hikes 2. It's been 2 years since I started working here and still didn't received any salary hike because of company' policy 3. Promotion depends on the teams overall performance and not the individual's performance
