Onsite Remote Work Clarification

Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training. I’m also interviewing with Infosys for a Senior Python Developer position.If I get an offer from Infosys, which role should I choose? What salary should I negotiate for with Infosys hr round to relocate to banglore? Is it a good move to switch from Python development to an Azure Data Engineer role?

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?

I want to be able to rate myself at least 8/10 in all of these above mentioned techs in 3 months time.I currently stand at 2/10.Can somebody please help me with the order of learning and best resources for these to get started. Thank you!
