Mindtree is a open company wherein you can have good connection with the clients and the management. I feel really good working with Mindtree. Joined few years back and I had very good interaction with clients and if you have good performance then as per policy you will be getting promotion. They do have track on career growth, courses etc..

Work culture depends on the team, so if a team has lazy members , well Good Luck. Apart from that managers are miser in terms of appreciation, bonus, and team outings. And some projects get hampered with managers ego clash with architects, team etc.
