Office is good but location is very outside of city. They provide cab service, food quality is good, gym, swimming pool, playing area, cradle facility is there.

Cost cutting is extending it's threshold. 2 years back this company had good values but now they are changing every policy. They can change their policy whenever they want. Even company is in profit, they never released any variable , and even changed its policy after the financial year is over. Appraisals is really bad here. Even after getting highest performance band which coforge can offer, increment was only less than 8% last year, now this also it was communicated that increment will be less than last year and will be effective from 1st July which was supposed to be 1st April. No variable payout this year. Benefits like Special Dating Allowance, Take a Break etc got decommissioned after 1st January 2024 in name of cost cutting. Variable component is now based on performance band. They are offering band 4 position with every new joinee with 7 year of experience but the one who is working for almost 3 years and continuously performing exceptionally well still on band 3 position. It's a pathetic company to work. It won't be thinking of employees at all managers would stands next to your seat, to ask you about the work status. Senior managers are poorly technical abled.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here, nor even the transport facilities and the location itself , they mock to have multiple locations but actually there is only greater Noida as the main and working location they have and that too have a pathetic connectivity to the routes. And they also don't give hybrid and wfh even if required. They also don't have General shifts.
