Management is not good, VPs are also making false promises. My team(client location) and other Coforge colleagues also said the worst company in the world Coforge, but they certified 100% workplace how it is given, and how clients believe this type of company.

Don't ever give interview in this consultancy, highly unprofessional, they call themselves number one consultant company, they are totally broke and in starting they agree for a package later after taking 2-3 rounds they deny the package you asked, they are totally broke and looking for client's money to survive, they won't give anygood package.. also at last after wasting crucial time of candidates they can't hire you, cause they are broke....Read More

1. company laptop is pre installed with software which can access your browsing data, your activity, time spent on each apps and other stuff 2. they hire for bench and you will be deployed to project after client interview 3. Company hides rules from employee, they have 3 months and 3 chance policy which means they give you 3 chance to pass client interview 4. these interview will be held for a group of people where to fill 1 position interview will be scheduled for more than 5-6 people so that company dont lose the client even it demotivates the candidate. 5. since the clients are from very large firm they will go in depth to filter candidates. 6. if in case you dont pass the interview you will be given with 2 more chances. 7. if in case you didnot qualify any of the client interview you will be layoff from the organization within 15 days 8. The upper management is very rude may be this is how they work but dont expect respect from them. If you fail the 1st interview you are considered as an outcast 9. Interesting about managers is that you have to share interview questions with other candidates once you complete the process. I dont know if this is followed everywhere but these interviews should be same for all. 10. No fixed office time, you need to work 24/7, your manager can call any time and any day( even on weekends) as they give you salary as much you asked for( the reason to work)....Read More
