Office is good but location is very outside of city. They provide cab service, food quality is good, gym, swimming pool, playing area, cradle facility is there.

Cost cutting is extending it's threshold. 2 years back this company had good values but now they are changing every policy. They can change their policy whenever they want. Even company is in profit, they never released any variable , and even changed its policy after the financial year is over. The company from outside make it like they are best place to work but when you are hired - bro you can't even sleep on Saturday and Sunday. They will force you to work on Saturday and Sunday and otherwise email you to resign or get terminated. You will be mentally tortured very much. It is a living jail....Read More

Everything. There is nothing to like here. HRs will make sure you are a machine or not and if you get faulty they will throw you in. garbage with no compensation or severance pay. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU.

This company is a nightmare. They don’t care about their employees at all. All they care about their clients. For that, they can go upto any extent. Management is poorest. They don’t know anything. They are just here to take appreciation for themselves if there is any and put blame on their subordinates not on themselves. About Job security, they have terminated more than 1000 people during Covid times. They were told to resign and get a month’s salary or they will send termination letter. That’s how they were forced to resign. During normal days, if u don’t happen to find any project, they will terminate you within 2 months. That fear is constantly there in this organisation. Sometimes, people don’t even get the call for their project interviews and even then, they will terminate you. So i won’t recommend this company all.
