The only good thing (which turns out to be bad later) is they did the whole interview, offer release and onboarding process really fast

After joining, in the first week itself I got to know that they bulk hire. But they do not have any client requirements for so many resources. So it's all on your luck if you get the project well and good. Else, they force resignation after 3 months of bench period saying that this is their policy. Even on bench they want the resources to come to office 3 days a week where time gets completely wasted. And this has always been their pattern. Worst company to join. Coforge has only support projects and some of the developers will have to work 27x7 Call center to support the project and to fix the issue within limited time frame. Lots of politics, And hectic environment, Team will get 1 to 2% hike after work day and night whole year. They will promise you will learn lot of technologies but you will be forgetting lot of technologies that you learnt in your previous organisations....Read More

This is the worst company I have ever joined in my career. The HR team is dumb they don’t know how to deploy resources on project. Even all clients are chindi chor they will suck your blood, talk to you rudely and if you are on bench you are fired. I always rejected calls from NIIT but suddenly I got a call from Coforge and surprisingly I was hired in 3 days. It was my fault I rejected many companies offer any joined this company for the shake of little hike. Recently they laid off more than 150 experienced developers silently. You will not get any interview they will hire you on project and once you join they will put you on resources pull after that no interview with client person ankit he will ask you to connect morning call. Suddenly you will recieve a HR call and will ask u to resign or they will fire u. Even if you have join 3 months back or 3 months not completed Yat.
