My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. He haras people who he don't want his team, where one of my friend got so frusted and he was upto doing sucide. Tech mahindra should check about him.. Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The moment i realized i decided to leave and abandon the services & i paid for my notice period as it was so so biased and toxic . It's difficult you list down LIKE/LIKES about the company as I could not find any so far.

Dislikes

1. Only join if you do not have a job in hand 2. Higher management people wants to RULE in the name of GOVERNANCE and development of the team 3. They make their own cartel by bringing their own people from previous companies so that you cannot escalate the things to the higher management. 4. They are ruining the market by quoting less bids to get the projects 5. Company aim is to simply get the projects without doing proper research and analysis about the project in terms of required resources. 6. Getting projects at the lower rate and overloading staff, making them work for 12 hours without paying anything extra. 7. No additional perks. 8. Being such a big company they don't have budget for yearly party, team lunch, team outing, no Diwali/yearly gifts 9. Always running out of budget...Read More

No opportunity to grow in company. Upper Management is not able to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .

Hybrid policy and some projects are good so you’ll get opportunity to work with future tools and technologies

Dislikes

Bench period is less and work pressure is high in some projects, Don’t join as a fresher if you have good development and coding skills because they mostly give support projects and the salary is also low 3.25LPA, not only techM every MNC do the same with fresher so it’s better not to join any MNC as a fresher
