No hikes, very disheartening for freshers as there is no growth in salary even after 3-4 years ,salary would be lesser than average fresher's salary in the market, if u join here as a fresher.

The salary is too less. Appraisal hike is also very less. In 3 years, only 2 appraisals happened for me. That too I haven't received 2nd appraisal compensation letter yet. The amount of efforts you put on doesn't match your salary.

Legacy based system projects are much that is of no use outside..most of the projects are in terrible night shifts ..does not give location preferred projects.
