Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

A very good platform for freshers to learn and grow , Stong In-house training team,Vast Onsite opportunity for mid level experience associates. Healthy work life balance. A very healthy working environment.

Dislikes

Appraisal system is not robust and compensation is not at par with market standards for employees staying for a long period of time. Project rotation not easily possible, if an employee stuck with a support kind of project then very hard for them to get out of it and explore other available opportunities in the organization

... months waiting for another project to start. Work life balance was good for me. Salary was also good. However job security is a bit problem. I do not have plans for long term as projects are not long term and job security is always there.

There is no hike in 2020 year and 2022 year. You can't change the team if don't like the project. Working 12 hrs. a day mostly. Support projects. Poor compensation.
