... attendance portal you can't add more than 9 hours shift No work life balance Need to pay for horrible food 40K even if you don't eat there Raise just 3 % this year Taking leaves also feels like a favour on us

My interview happened at 31 may 2023 but before that they asked about my salary expectation and I got selected in first round of interview. But for next round of interview they are saying me like your salary expectation is high so we can't take your candidature further. It was terrible experience for me because I wasted my 2 weeks for them response and after two weeks they are saying like that .

.... The appreciation and rewards doesn't depend on the efforts put by individuals. Salary hikes is also less. Growth opportunities are less. They don't value freshers for anything. Management is not transparent.
