I have received offer from persistent systems ,
Hr agreed for 50% hike on base pay.
After reviewing the offer letter I got to know.
I got 30% hike on basepay only.
But variable pay is there.
Hr is saying she got approval for 30% only. But including all other benefits u got a good hike.
Shall I accept it or not?

Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .

What would be a fair CTC for a software developer with 4 years and 4 months of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and intermediate skills in Angular? 

This is for roles in Noida/Gurugram. Would love to hear your thoughts to get a realistic idea.
