a principal consultant
Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.
Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .

It’s not just about updating Naukri, but tweaking your resume to highlight your transferable skills. Maybe even look into roles in leadership or management that might offer more growth.
