Compensation is very poor as per market standards. Career growth is very slow. Work Efforts don't get translated into growth. Employee growth initiatives are not possible to follow along with project work.

Back step on work from home, worst management, worst benefits, work compensation. And they promised onsite at time of interview but after joining their is no discussion about it. Office is very far from city adibatla.

... They removed anniversary appraisal hence even after getting rating 5 in my F.A. , I didn't get my appraisal, salary revision and due promotion. All of my efforts towards project were reduced to verbal appreciation only.
