Job security is good. You can learn many things if you get a good project.

Salary growth is worst. Your appraisal will be totally dependent upon your manager. If your manager is good you are lucky. But getting a good manager is rare.

Joining TCS was worst decision of my life. Much cry no wool!. TCS may look like a very good company from outside, being a TATA brand, but only those who work in TCS knows reality. No much salary hike, no value given to employee's career growth, no training program, so much politics. Clients are GOD for them. I strongly recommend NOT TO JOIN TCS AS A FRESHER!!!!

Its proud to work for respected and the part of a legacy. Review differs from client who you are working for. Overall good service based organization. Plenty of opportunities.

Dislikes

Hikes are more into variable, which will make basic salary very low, same as chaprasi of govt org. Same will hamper your EPF,EPS in long term.
