Overall work life balance is decent. Learning programs are good.

Worst thing about Wipro is LOP(Loss of Pay) when you are on bench, it is difficult to get another project. After sometime on bench they stop your pay. They should understand we don't like to sit idle either. Not good for freshers if they want to learn and grow in IT career. Promotions are slow. Final verdict is they exploit and destroy the career of beginners

Projects are support based. Candidates are given projects based on the tier of engineering college they are from. Too much politics, depends on your projects. You need to have a "setting" with manager to get something good and slight better environment.

A good company with good training. You will get to work with different roles, technologies and responsibilities if you are willing to. Client interaction and communication with higher management will fasten the overall growth.

Dislikes

Lack of communication within Wipro creates a problem which never existed. Pay as per contribution. Dont overburden the contributor.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not giving to new joinees
