Career switch from PWC to TCS
Hi guys
I am working in PwC India for almost 2 years.
And a overall total experience of 6+ year.my Tech stack is Power BI,SQL,Power apps etc
I got a call from TCS for a related position
My current CTC is 13 LPA
How much hike can I expect in TCS ?
And also does TCS provide joining letter quickly as I have heard that they often delay it ?
And how is TCS currently for work and job security currently ?

Nice! PwC se TCS shift karna is a big step. TCS ke joining letter mein thoda time lag sakta hai, but it's worth the wait. Kya apne TCS ke work culture ke baare mein kuch suna hai? 🤨

Bro, Hike kaafi depend karega TCS ki position aur location pe. TCS ka culture safe hai but joining letter delay ka thoda risk hai. How soon are you looking to join?

Yaar, TCS ka work culture kaafi chill hai overall, but joining letter thoda late ho sakta hai. 😬 Tumhare tech stack ko dekhte hue, I think they'll offer you something good.

Job security is definitely one of TCS’s strong points. I’ve heard their bench system helps during downtime. kya lgta hai?

Joining letter delays happen but usually only for non-critical projects. Have they mentioned any project allocation specifics yet?

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
