Offers good career growth opportunities. You get to learn new technologies, which is great for freshers starting their careers.

Dislikes

When it comes to incremental and appraisal are don’t like. They are usually small even when you work hard, the increase in salary isn’t much.

I really like the way people work here and culture here is good with good compensation.

Project should have defined at the start of hiring. Sometimes they provide KT but everyone wanna work on area for which they interviewed, isn’t it?

The company is good in business. Job security is there if you're in long term project. Trainings and skill development portals available.

Dislikes

HR never replies to emails. They try to pay to as less as possible. No enough focus on mentorship and grooming up new comers as everyone in busy in other important work. Annual performance bonus is just another way to avoid paying. 12 months long probation period and no salary hike or even the rightful annual component mentioned in CTC delayed by 6 months. No shift allowances.

Policies are worst, they recover bonuses on final settlement. In Pune HCL is like consultancy who outsource candidates. No good hike, and appraisals No promotions on time
