Switching 1st company in just 2 months
I got JL from another company right in Bengaluru, the joining is on 26 Feb 2025 and I will be joining as a fresher, the pay in little high but the main advantage is the project allotment because at techM I got technical support which is a techno-functional job not a development job plus a bond of 2 years on 1 lakh inr. I didn't just study btech cs to not get a dev job, so I am planing on leaving the company. Should I? Or not?

The bond of 1 lakh INR is a bit steep, but consider if the new job is worth it in terms of experience. You could look for ways to negotiate the bond or potentially pay it off if it’s the right move.
