No sallary issue, late coming is also allowed, you will get promoted easily but maintain your data

Tech Mahindra is like similar to school, you will not get leaves, when you are sitting on the floor you have to sit properly. You will get 1 hour break but you have to take your break in two parts, sitting area is not good, systems is not good.

The entire office culture is wholesome of politics from a Team lead level to Entire their supervisors as well. The first 3 months HR said that there is none of any leave plan for training, However after the 3 months Completion, they asked that where anything written that you will take leave after the 3 months completion of Training Period. For every leave there is an Investigation need by the Team Lead and the Supervisors, just like we stoletheir money in their Pocket. The Supervisors asked that there is none of any Holiday in the whole year, The employees only have choice to come office, and they have only one option, Otherwise they will hand to hand Initiate the L1 or L2 to the employee. The whole office is just like a dump of garbage which is full of un-professionalized Supervisors. They don't have any knowledge about the process as well. This was the worst job I have done in my career. They have hired us for there requirement. After hiring they used us like a robot. Manager's doesn't have symphathy towards employees. They just want there work on time. At the time of hiring they have not given complete Information about the process. After joining, I got to know that I need to work on Sunday as well. Even if your health is extremely 😞 they don't care. They don't give leave. The worst part of tech Mahindra is there is no job security. After 3 months of joining tech Mahindra, there were rumours that process is getting wind up. But, hr team and management convinced us that we will be moved to other process. Please do not join this company. Especially Techmahindra Bangalore Electronic City BPO process. I have suffered in this company even after giving my best . Here the promotion for girls is worst . They will throw u out if you report on any abuse if u faced. They will torture u and make u leave the company. So many girls left the company as they couldn't fight on abuse.They don't respect ppl or girls who raise voice for justice and truth. Worst ppl and management. I request you never join this company.
