One thing i like about the beautifull campus for a nature lover guy like me love the beautifull scenic campus for sure, they maintained it properly .and my trainer is the best supportive as brother and friend, i get a chance to met with some good collegues they turn into good friends .

my worst decision to join this company . 1-no work life balance , if today you have night shift next day you have a mornig shift, its just shit thing i ever exoerience in my career . 2-no supportive Tl or manager or sme . 3-toxic people are everywhere be it the guard or the manager . 4-no one supports you when you have a bad day at work . 5- After your training period is over they will treat you a shit . 6-no respect from anyone else. 7-even if you perform well regularly , but if one day you not meet their target they will treat you as a shit , their behaviour will worst . 8- And the salary is very much less . 9- no holidays , you can not take leave the day you desired . 10-the pressure is heavy as compared to the salary and appreciation and supports you get from them ....Read More

The company environment is Good..you can improve your communication skill development.Manager and senior Manager are very good.

The Team leader I get that behaviour is wrost...he act like a selfish man.his name is Ajay Kumar Gupta.for the TCD voice process,Bhubaneswar location ,Odisha,India.He does not know how to behave an employee.For those people company's reputation is hamper.
