The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. No sallary issue, late coming is also allowed, you will get promoted easily but maintain your data

Dislikes

Tech Mahindra is like similar to school, you will not get leaves, when you are sitting on the floor you have to sit properly. You will get 1 hour break but you have to take your break in two parts, sitting area is not good, systems is not good.

There is none of any thing which I Include here for like, The work culture I have seen ever is worst to worst the word which makes above the worst suits for the company. The entire office culture is wholesome of politics from a Team lead level to Entire their supervisors as well. The first 3 months HR said that there is none of any leave plan for training, However after the 3 months Completion, they asked that where anything written that you will take leave after the 3 months completion of Training Period. For every leave there is an Investigation need by the Team Lead and the Supervisors, just like we stoletheir money in their Pocket. The Supervisors asked that there is none of any Holiday in the whole year, The employees only have choice to come office, and they have only one option, Otherwise they will hand to hand Initiate the L1 or L2 to the employee. The whole office is just like a dump of garbage which is full of un-professionalized Supervisors. They don't have any knowledge about the process as well.
