Please do not join this company. Especially Techmahindra Bangalore Electronic City BPO process. I have suffered in this company even after giving my best . Here the promotion for girls is worst . They will throw u out if you report on any abuse if u faced. They will torture u and make u leave the company. I worked at Amazon Project as a CSA. The management is messed up not sure about other projects but IBU Amazon bangalore is a wreck job. They don't have a structure. They don't respect their loyal employees. The HR department doesn't wanna help any employee They don't address the issues. There are No employee engagement. Infact Thereis a POSH case which involved a top level leader and a ground level agent. , Which the HR is trying to pacify and the victim still didn't get any justice. Team leaders behave very unprofessional, they treat employees as slave, don't give breaks. No holidays even on national holiday. I wish I could give negative rating to this company. Only name of company is famous, inside the condition is very worst.
