1) Good company and process but everything depends on the team,manager,lead with whom you work. 2) Nice annual day celebration and competitions.

1) In 5 years of my work with TechM,only once got appraisal that also single digit although rating was good 2) Too much politics in team and management 3) HR team only listen, what manager and management people tells and not to common employee,without investigating the truth. So in short management misuses the process and policies.4) manager gives excellent rating to those whom they likes not who deserve. 5) HR team still calling employees to a meeting room and tell to switch off mobile then force to put resignation immediately. 6) if an employee is on bench,still few manager force the employee for their project work without official billing and HR team will call you and treat badly if an employee is on bench. 7) No work life balance (depends on manager,project etc)...Read More

JOB security will be great here , and very good HR policies , Resource friendly environment. Respect and value towards resources will be great .Learnings of new technologies will be arranged by company at free of cost, very good leave policies, there is no inequality here , totally a wonderful place to work.
