I worked in the Bpo part so Office Location was the only thing I liked about it.

I am talking about the bpo sector voice process.People there were horrible & uncultured about work ethics. 12-14hrs strech even after completing login hour. Constant work pressure regarding performance (yes I am aware of work pressure at every job but here they were excessive for no reason at all) & other related. During training they promised a lot yet none of that fulfilled when we hit the floor. Even after spending around I haven't gotten any offer letter yet they made me do all the extra hours and just delayed the process. There is nothing good about Tech Mahindra, Rajarhat BPO Flipkart process. It is not a company....only a daciot to loot each employee's good mood and good health. Management is the worst . And they can't even provide sufficient system to login . Continuous hiring is going on but not arranging extra system. Top of that each and every TL to AM, Trainer , SME's plays blame game only. And Tech Mahindra's client Flipkart is well aware of all these dirty politics and system crunch issues.....the client Flipkart takes advantage out of that. Bcz the employees suffer due to system crunch , sme crunch and call fail issue. Don't say it Tech Mahindra. Say it Baniya. And this BANIYA chaap company makes every single person suffer -either by mentally harassing, or by not providing cab on time and by not providing sufficient support and system.
