Techm is very very bad company. No job securities at all. TLs are teasing the women on the floor and HR dont take any action. I was working in flipkart blended process and i got huge mental pressure from TLs of maintaining RR and Csat. They called me at the midnight to maintain my score. Maintaining the csat score is not in my hand it's completely depends on customer but I had to pay the consequences.
