The first thing salary is on time Collegues are very friendly also my senior which was working morr than 1 year when i have joined

Sometimes if my score is not met so my team leader told you to go for offline on working hour or not provised any down time if deficiate increase 20 min so i have to login 10.20 pm , if i already inform to the Team lead before 3 months i have to attend a marrige party but end of the he denied to give any leave

Tech mahindra is very very goood...but this review is just for ahmedabad centre..no growth..only inbound process is there with alot of calls will jump to your head..i worked here for 1 year literally it was just wasted..and finally i left company in november 2017 now working HAPPILLY as HR TAG IN ADVANTMED.
