Hi, As per my opinion work culture got Techmahindra Ahmedabad was not good and seniors were alinging team leaders on unnessery activities. Also Team Leader have no right to take any decision and management was taking everything as per their own choice. Even there were hiring for AM but Tls did not get the chance to sit in interviewrooms and Advisors have been promoted as AM. Surprisingly fact is newly AMs are not able to Wright an simple Email.
