No projects for other location that are not Metro's one Center head and location admins at location where management don't sit, they make their own rules and regulation as per their own benefit and ignoring the company's rules and policies. Only ppl siting at Pune, Banglore and Hydrabad, delhi, they get benifit of training and new projects. If they don't want to work for location like chandigarh, Jaipur , Dehradun, Bengal etc …. they why offices are open at these location just to make fool of Govt. Recently these SEZ location are converted into Call centers where students of collages comes and they spoil the culture of IT Industary. Sometimes, non deserving candidates are sent to onsite where they asked to manage things somehow as they take project at very low rate. there is a lot need to be improved in TechM. God Knows will it happen or not!!!!!!!!!!...Read More
