The first 3 months HR said that there is none of any leave plan for training, However after the 3 months Completion, they asked that where anything written that you will take leave after the 3 months completion of Training Period. For every leave there is an Investigation need by the Team Lead and the Supervisors, just like we stole their money in their Pocket. The Supervisors asked that there is none of any Holiday in the whole year, The employees only have choice to come office, and they have only one option, Otherwise they will hand to hand Initiate the L1 or L2 to the employee. The whole office is just like a dump of garbage which is full of un-professionalized Supervisors. They don't have any knowledge about the process as well. Work culture is really motivating. You will always find a postive environment to grow. Usually day shifts are given to the employees.

Dislikes

Salary increament is disgusting. In my 22 months period no hike was provided. Promotion is given but rarely on paper basis. They will not give any hike untill and unless you are promoted on paper Festival offs are not provided. No benefits apart from salary is given to the employees.
