Like in other companies, we can learn with our own interest, timings are flexible if you complete your work on time, team members are good.

Dislikes

1. No job security, if you got low rating in appraisal, simply managers will ask to resign the Job in portal, they will not give any 2nd chance, i have faced the situation. 2. Managers behave very friendly in nature, but they always monitor to our mistakes and they will not hesitate to fire our Job. 3. very difficult to know who is our HR and its really difficult to get it resolve the salary related issues. 4. Company is not employee friendly, and there is no outing and employee refreshments in the company. 5. No proper hikes they will provide. 6. within 1 day managers will ask to resign the job if we got low rating and some time they will give voluntarily low ratings to fire a candidate. 7. Over all we can work temporarily for 2 years, but its not secure place to work under managers, mainly in Bengaluru....Read More
