There is nothing to like about the company, freshers joining here as software engineers will be kept in support roles and will stay at a low of 4 Lakhs for 2 years without promotion. after 2 years promotion is negligible to 10%

managers and product managers are highly toxic are just sweet knives to say, If you tend fight to much for your rights they will fire you saying you don't work as expected. The constant threat of PIPs
