This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

There is no promotions and hikes fully stressed work culture with toxic environment more over there is no job security for any one .

Something you might feel exhausted and Don't get a leave but you may have to also make sure that you know how much stress is required to take. Focus on yourself then everything else. Stay positive.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.
