1. Timings are really bad especially in WFH. The work hours extend more than 12 hours. You don't have any personal time left. I worked in 2nd shift (12:30 to 9:30pm) but still people ping you at 2 am in the night expecting you to reply asap. You are expected to start responding from 11am in the morning till forever in night and attend late night calls which are scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. No job security, HR have zero powers. They are just puppets of Sr. Manager /Delivery leads. Promotions, increments are pathetic. They also typically believe that 9 ladies together can deliver a baby in 1 month. They can ruin your career in name of PIP and insane expectations during PIP program. They portray PIP program that it's to help you to improve but actually it's designed just to fire you. Heavy partiality in promotions. If you have even single issue from client, you are gone. Nothing worth liking in this organization. Wasteful leadership, horrible work culture for top performers who are continuously pressed for more and exploited, and poor pay and growth, the smartest and most hard working people are made to compete for 1% promotion quotas while leadership continues wasting money on pointless and 0 client value initiatives.

Friends and family promotion quota Regressive leadership who count the number of years to allot promotions instead of value created Poor infrastructure and working (especially laptops provided) Shocking salaries as compared to market despite somehow charging clients almost 2x as much for each resource Endless useless and aimless initiatives Non stop change of technology systems such as workday and ariba which make any procurement and hr task impossible Totally useless HR which doesn't respond to employees or candidates coming in Unlimited cost cutting on things like dustbins while the same floor gets remodeled every three years. It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Chances of internal movements are very low. Leads don’t motivate for when you are taking up a new role. Worst experience ever had in the life. They just need employees to beg for new role.

No hikes No appreciation till some escalate something Client facing but accenture management won't consider the clients feedback, pass there own judgement and does the appraisal Lots of training Lots of skill improvement program which is considered while appraisal, development work won't help alone

no recognition not and employee oriented company, doesn't think of employees benefits and work life balance. I have been working from 2 years no appraisal or promotion and we have been working 15-16 hrs daily , they are ready recruit new people and replace current one so yeah i don't reccomend it at all
