No job security, HR have zero powers. They are just puppets of Sr. Manager /Delivery leads. Promotions, increments are pathetic. They also typically believe that 9 ladies together can deliver a baby in 1 month. They can ruin your career in name of PIP and insane expectations during PIP program. They portray PIP program that it's to help you to improve but actually it's designed just to fire you. Heavy partiality in promotions. If you have even single issue from client, you are gone. Nothing worth liking in this organization. Wasteful leadership, horrible work culture for top performers who are continuously pressed for more and exploited, and poor pay and growth, the smartest and most hard working people are made to compete for 1% promotion quotas while leadership continues wasting money on pointless and 0 client value initiatives.

Friends and family promotion quota Regressive leadership who count the number of years to allot promotions instead of value created Poor infrastructure and working (especially laptops provided) Shocking salaries as compared to market despite somehow charging clients almost 2x as much for each resource Endless useless and aimless initiatives Non stop change of technology systems such as workday and ariba which make any procurement and hr task impossible Totally useless HR which doesn't respond to employees or candidates coming in Unlimited cost cutting on things like dustbins while the same floor gets remodeled every three years. It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Chances of internal movements are very low. Leads don’t motivate for when you are taking up a new role. Worst experience ever had in the life. They just need employees to beg for new role.

no recognition not and employee oriented company, doesn't think of employees benefits and work life balance. I have been working from 2 years no appraisal or promotion and we have been working 15-16 hrs daily , they are ready recruit new people and replace current one so yeah i don't reccomend it at all

The only thing that is good here for now is that WFO is not mandatory.

I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! So less proactive people and in this muck even the people who are driven lose their track and motivation because the higher management don't care much about the ground level....Read More

Their promotions are not that great as of now. But I am sure they will compensate for it in near future.

Salary not up to the standard compared to work. Very poor leadership and management. Poor Functional Managers and Tech leads (Not very skillful) Poor Canteen facilities. Leaves and Holiday Policy. Promotion/Appriasal is below par.
