no recognition not and employee oriented company, doesn't think of employees benefits and work life balance. I have been working from 2 years no appraisal or promotion and we have been working 15-16 hrs daily , they are ready recruit new people and replace current one so yeah i don't reccomend it at all

Very bad in promotion and giving increments. Hire people with triple salary but dont even give 10% to employees

I saw many people suffered here with silent layoffs and toxic management No support for employees. Even if you have evidences they won't listen to u. And also here if u r part of avanade then you shouldn't expect promotion or good hikes..

Depends on project and managers. Mine was good hence I am happy with everything. Got really hood Variable pay last year.

salary structure is on lucrative side as they show high salary structure by 24% variable pay in your package. but sometimes you only get 12-15% Promotion cycle is very slow. If you are deserving candidate and you are continuously getting good client feed back, still you have to wait till eternity 😅 for your turn to come. Depends on project account completely

The policies are good, and hike percentages are better than other organizations. But the hike cycle is yearly and organization has skipped the cycle in india last year. People are good Hybrid working model

Sytem is too big that your efforts get lost while getting converted to money
